On May 16, the Hong Kong Police Force held a grand ceremony for the appointment of the third "Safe City Ambassador" program. As a benchmark property management company in Hong Kong, China Overseas Property has been appointed as the "Safe City Ambassador" for 2025 by the Crime Prevention Bureau of the Hong Kong Police Force, thanks to its extensive service network covering all 18 districts and solid grassroots security practices.

The "Safe City Ambassador" program aims to unite various sectors of society to enhance urban safety through police-business cooperation. During the ceremony, Commissioner of Police Mr. Raymond Siu presented the appointment certificate to China Overseas Property, marking a new phase in their collaboration in community joint defense, crime prevention, and safety education.

In recent years, China Overseas Property has effectively leveraged its extensive service network to build a bridge between the police and the community. By regularly hosting anti-fraud and crime prevention training sessions, distributing safety promotional materials, pushing crime prevention information, and assisting the police in promptly reporting suspicious situations, the company has actively strengthened community defense, establishing a robust safety barrier for residents across Hong Kong.

Moving forward, China Overseas Property will continue to uphold its commitment to "guarding the city and caring for the community," deepening collaborative efforts with the police and all sectors of society. The company aims to promote shared governance in the community, continuously enhance urban safety resilience, and create a safer and more livable environment for the citizens of Hong Kong.
